Purchasing Timeline - With You Every Step Of The Way

As Your Buyer Agent

As your personal Buyer Agent, our job is to understand your specific needs, and prioritize those aspects into our home search from the very beginning.  During our initial consultation, we will create guidelines for our search such as time-frame for purchasing, price point, market conditions, details and amenities that are must-haves for the perfect home, and long-term goals for the property. 

Contract and Negotiations

Once we find a home that meets your criteria, our goal will be to secure that property under a Purchase/Sale Agreement between you and the seller.  We will help you negotiate any terms and conditions you deem necessary, and we'll work together to overcome any snags we come across along the way.

After the Transaction

Even after we've closed on the home or property,  we strive to stay connected to each and every client.  Whether you have questions in the future about your new home, your new city, or anything in-between, we'll try our best to find the answer - or point you in the direction of those who can.  Remaining friends, we believe, is our greatest accomplishment.
